REINFORCEMENT
We work the steel used in the manufacture of reinforcement meshes, binding meshes and ribbed reinforcement bars ourselves. We assume responsibility starting from the raw material, produce the end product according to all relevant standards and ensure the best possible quality.The wires are shaped and textured according to the needs of the various product types. Some wires are made to order as per customer requirements. A customized product is always a challenge for our planning department and production, but we at Pintos take up the challenge with our strong professional skills.
Quality management ensures that the products are reliable to use in any application. We always check the raw materials, material strength and toughness as well as the strength of reinforcement and internal connections according to the quality standard.
REINFORCEMENT FOR THE PRECAST INDUSTRY
Lifting lugsThe most common lifting lugs are available ex-stock to ensure fast delivery. Various sizes are available for the Pintos lifting lugs, SC lugs, post lugs, headed lifting lugs and braided lifting lugs. We also manufacture lifting lugs from high-strength steel and stainless steel.
Spiral reinforcements
Spiral reinforcements for poles are delivered ex-stock. The spiral reinforcement needed for columns, beams and TT slabs are included in our manufacturing program. Dimensions are available for every requirement.
Loose reinforcement
Our modern, automated loose reinforcement machines include a presetting file for many types of reinforcement as well as quick adjustment mechanisms. We can therefore also offer a competitive price, even for small series.
Hairpin reinforcement
Many types of modern, stylish external cladding is suspended in the inner envelope of the building with our diagonal trusses. They make the job quick and economical.
Ring reinforcement
We manufacture ring reinforcement for concrete pipes and rings from all steel types. The tube sizes range from small to large. We also prepare reinforcement for conical rings. The pipe reinforcement can also be manufactured in an elliptical shape. The zigzag wire used for connecting the ring reinforcement is delivered in standard measures.
SPECIAL REINFORCEMENT
Understanding the needs of our customers is part of our professional skills. We often receive drawings based on which we plan the manufacture and the products, but just as often we sit down to consider the problem and what kind of product is needed to solve it.Most of our special reinforcement is available at a very short delivery time. Such products include weather-proof, galvanized protective fence and pet meshes. Pile cap reinforcement, step reinforcement, anchor slab reinforcement, well cover and bottom reinforcement, weighed pipe reinforcement as well as reinforcement for heating ducts, inspection wells and large special piping add a little bit to the challenge. And then there's always the special reinforcement that YOU need.
NAILS
We manufacture nails using state-of-the-art nail machines with excellent accuracy. Timber construction is another forte of ours. We prepare nails for all industries. Many special nails have peculiar names, but professionals know the meaning in no time.Pintos Oy has the skills to make steel fixtures for pieces of various types. Our selection includes anchor nails, brad nails, felt nails, barbed nails, bell headed nails, gypsum board nails, chipboard nails, tin roof nails, panel nails and spiral nails as well as collated machine nails.
Over the years, we have undertaken many types of development project. We want to develop nails, the manufacture of nails and the people manufacturing them. A huge amount of know-how, trained personnel and motivated work environment benefit our customers. A nail is a nail. They're hard to carry home or to the site if they're not packaged in a practical way. Pintos nails are packed in a convenient box with a carry handle. They are also available in smaller packages.
